Dice the onion and tomato.

Open the avocado, scoop it out, and chop it finely.

Put everything in a bowl and season with a splash of lime, extra virgin olive oil, Espinaler Spicy sauce, and salt.

Mix well until homogeneous and serve in little spoons.

Finish with a couple of cockles and another splash of Espinaler Spicy Sauce.
