For what purpose we process your personal data 

At ESPINALER, we treat the information provided to us by
interested persons in order to deliver and/or market the products
and/or services offered by our firm, as well as the sending of
advertising and promotions for our products and services.

Automated decisions will not be made based on
the data provided.

How long we will keep your data

The personal data provided will be kept for
the time required for the delivery of the requested service or
marketing of the product, as long as the person concerned does not request its deletion
and during the legally established time limits.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data

The legal basis for the processing of your data will be,
according to the case, the consent of the interested party, the execution of a
contract or the legitimate interest.

The processing of data for the sending of 
business communications of our customers and business contacts
that have been registered on our website is in the legitimate interest set
forth in the European Data Protection Regulations and Services Act for
Information Society and Electronic Commerce. If you prefer not to receive

in the cases of legal obligation.

about whether or not we, at Espinaler, are dealing with personal data that is aware of them.

their personal data, to request correction of inaccurate data,
or, where appropriate, to request deletion when, among other reasons,
the data is no longer needed for the purposes that were collected. You also
have the right to portability of your data.

In certain circumstances, stakeholders may
request that their data be limited in processing, in which cases will only
retain them for the exercise of defence of claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons
related to their particular situation, stakeholders may object to the
processing of their data. In this case, ESPINALER will stop processing data,
except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.

You may exercise your rights materially by sending an

properly and expressing indicating the specific right you want to exercise.

If you have given your consent for any specific
purpose, you have the right to withdraw the consent given at any
time, without affecting the lawfulness of the treatment based on
prior consent to withdrawal.

to the protection of your personal data are violated, especially when you
have not been satisfied with the exercise of your rights, you may

or file a complaint with the competent Data Protection

More information about the processing of your data

When we need to obtain information from you,
we will always ask you to voluntarily provide us with your
express consent through the means available to do so.

data collection forms on the website or other means will be
incorporated into the Treatment Activity Log for which 
ESPINALER is responsible.

ESPINALER treats data confidentially and
takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the
level of security appropriate to the treatment, in compliance with the requirements of
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016
and other applicable data protection regulations.

However, ESPINALER cannot guarantee the absolute
invulnerability of the systems, therefore it assumes no liability
for damages arising from alterations that may be caused
by third parties to the computer systems, electronic documents or user files.

be responsible for the privacy policies of such websites
or for the cookies that may store in your computer.
