We are looking for a Stock Clerk / Sales Assistant to support the team in our gourmet store located in Vilassar de Mar. We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in stock replenishment or customer service roles, preferably in food and gourmet product stores.
- Customer service orientation, with strong communication and advisory skills.
- Commitment to order, cleanliness, and proper product replenishment.
- Ability to perform physical work in the store, responsible and organized.
- Motivation to learn and continuously improve.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage high workloads.
As a Stock Clerk / Sales Assistant at Espinaler, your key responsibilities will include:
- Attending to customers in the store, providing advice about products.
- Keeping the store spaces organized and well-stocked, ensuring proper presentation of products.
- Controlling and replenishing merchandise on shelves and displays, ensuring correct product rotation.
- Collaborating in stock management, orders, and merchandise reception.
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in work areas and storage spaces.
- Salary according to the collective agreement.
- Permanent contract.
- Working hours: 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: Availability in the mornings from Monday to Sunday and holidays, and weekend afternoons (full availability during summer and Christmas). Two days off per week.
- Holidays: 30 calendar days.
- Location: Vilassar de Mar.
