Tray of Cantabrian Anchovies

Espinaler anchovies are caught in the Cantabrian Sea during the months of April and May and then canned and pressed in brine.
They are then matured in a time frame of 8 to 12 months and are hand cleaned one by one.

The anchovy, a high quality delicacy, is perfect for tasting alone to enjoy its individualistic rich flavour.

Available in delicious olive oil or brine!
