Potato and olive oil are the only ingredients of our Espinaler Chips. They are no preservatives and are gluten free.
Potatoes are collected and rigorously selected in the Highlands of ‘Soria’. They are subjected to a traditional peeling and cutting process and are then fried using rich olive oil with low salt content.
The main objective has always been to achieve an excellent product, and for this purpose the chips are made exclusively from high quality raw materials.
They are now a benchmark for quality fried potatoes not only in Spain, but also in France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium and Switzerland.
