White Clams

From Galician Estuaries. Manually packed, completely natural without preservatives, white clams are the queens of their species, since they are the most tasty, delicate and has a soft texture that outshines every other preserve.

Selected according to the size, after receiving the clam in the factory they are deposited in containers of seawater so that, naturally, it’s un-sanded.
