Espinaler’s Cockles are selected by hand, special care has been taken throughout the whole process from fishing to packaging in the shortest possible time so that it does not lose freshness. Simply by the look of them they are delicious, with a brilliant ivory colour followed by an exquisite taste, all from the Galician estuaries of Noia.
